Before you book

Cancellation and deposit refunds

If you cancel your booking, the refund depends on how many days remain before departure. The percentages below apply to the booking deposit you have paid.

An example with datesFor a departure on 20 October, cancellation on or before 13 October receives a 100% deposit refund. Cancellation from 14 to 18 October receives 50%. No refund is available on 19 October or on the departure date, 20 October.

Before your visit

What to wear and bring

The boarding area and surrounding spaces are shared with other visitors and are not dedicated funeral facilities. We respect your family’s wish to honour your loved one and kindly ask for your consideration in these shared spaces.

  • Please arrive in neat, comfortable everyday clothing

    We kindly ask you to wear everyday clothing, rather than mourning attire, when arriving at the boarding area.

  • Please carry memorial portraits with care

    While moving through shared areas, please keep any memorial portrait in a bag or protective case. We kindly ask families to refrain from walking in procession with the portrait on display.

  • If you wish to wear mourning attire, please bring it separately

    If you would like to wear mourning attire, please bring it with you. We will guide you on changing; please let us know during your booking consultation so arrangements can be discussed in advance.
